Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment in a course, the following policies apply:

  • Cancellation before Course Start Date: A full refund of the course fee will be provided if the cancellation request is made at least 5 days prior to the course commencement date.

Please note that administration and processing charges with Taxes will be deducted.

  • Cancellation after Course Start Date: After the course has started, no refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the student.

Refund Policy

No Refunds: Any transactions made to JLC – Java Learning Center are considered final. Once a payment has been processed, refund requests will not be granted under any circumstance.

  1. Non-Attendance: No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or partial participation in the course.
  2. Special Circumstances: Requests for refunds due to special circumstances (Medical emergencies, Natural Disasters) will be considered on a case-by-case basis:

    • Medical Emergency: In the event of a medical emergency involving an enrolled student, possible course batch transfers will be considered upon submission of genuine medical documentation.

    • Natural Calamities: In the event of natural calamities, such as earthquakes, floods, or other unforeseen disasters, the institution will assess the situation and extend necessary support, including possible adjustments to course schedules or transferring to another course batch.

  3. Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will typically be processed within 4-6 weeks after the request has been approved.
